Whilst it's great for keeping clean and relaxing, a bath's real purpose is thinking time. We wouldn't bathe if we didn't get the peace and quiet needed to think, instead we'd be rushing around showering. However, this bath was a particularly good one which made me rush to my computer to write about it. I had an idea, one which wasn't exactly different from the rest of my others but had a really unique twist to it and I feel would really intrigue people and make them look inside.
It's construction is based around a concertina fold housed within a box. The box would be made to look like a typical CRT telly, a bit bulky, square screen but telly like. When you open it up, inside is the concertina filled with a design of intricate engines, spools and machines all creating the picture. One idea was to use a cotton based theme which, instead of projecting the image like a normal telly, would use cotton and sew and knit an image. It's so wacky and that's why I love it. Other key things for this idea is make the telly's casing magenta which links to the council's key colour. Maybe even have the screen projecting a nice image of the quays or a nice part of Salford that is going to entice the reader.
It's someone sad how excited I got over this idea but was exactly what I needed and has really motivated me further! Woo!

Oh the joy of being at home and being able to have a bath! I think this is a really strong idea! You should look how the machines in the cotton mills worked.
